Football Registration: 2026 will offer online registration. Please choose the registration tab above then click on corresponding button for "2026 Registration To Play Football" to register your child to play.
Camp is run by the Clinton Massie High School Football program, and payment is separate for that event. Click on the corresponding button for the "2026 Youth Football Fundamentals Camp" to register your player for camp.
$40. All campers will receive a camp T-Shirt.
You can register and pay online using the corresponding link, or ,sign up and pay in person on the first night of camp.
The total costs for each individual player is $200.00. Households with multiple players will receive a discount for each additional player in your family of $25 per player. A minimum of $100 will be due when signing up or $25 will be due when signing up if doing auto draft payment. Payment plans can be set up at the time of registration.

Yes, all players and must have a physical completed by a licensed physician that will be current through the pee wee season before they can participate in any conditioning, practices, or games. These physicals need to be turned in to CM Pee Wee by the first day of conditioning. Up to date OHSAA physical forms can be found on the "Documents" page.
You can also access CMLSD Final Forms and export a prefilled out physical form.
** Please note, OHSAA Physical Forms are not mandatory, if your physician uses a different version of the physical form that is fine.**
Yes, you will be required to provide a photocopy of your child's birth certificate. The copy must be of a certified birth certificate issued by the county with the official seal. Hospital birth certificates will not be accepted. If you player has played for CMPWF in the previous season, a birth certificate won't be required.
You and your player will also be required to sign a league liability waiver form.

n accordance with the OHSAA rules, Clinton-Massie Pee Wee Football will adhere strictly to the following policy. Should there be signs of a possible concussion, the athlete will be removed from the game or practice immediately and will not be permitted to return without an evaluation and written medical authorization. There will be NO exceptions to this policy!
We would encourage all parents, coaches, players and volunteers to read through the Center for Disease Control and Prevention's (CDC) educational section for concussions. All of the football coaches in the pee wee program must successfully complete a concussion protocol program and apply its guidelines appropriately
All coaches are responsible to assure that every eligible player is to participate in every regular season game. Players under suspension or being disciplined are not considered eligible.
Players can be denied playing time for unexcused absences from practices, disciplinary reasons on and off the field, poor behavior, etc..
Practice will be held Monday – Friday from 6-8 pm until school resumes. Practice schedules will be reduced to 3 nights per week, once school begins. The schedule is determined by the pee wee board of directors.
Each head coach will determine his policy on missing practice and/or games.
In the event of severe weather, practices may be cancelled or postponed at the coaches and/or the board of directors discretion. Coaches will then notify the players for rescheduling practices missed.
No, all items to be purchased for more than just your player; must be approved by the board of directors.
Yes. Volunteers are a vital part of our programs success. In order to keep the registration fee at a minimum, parents are required to help work the concession stand for either before or after your child's scheduled home game and work the chain gang during your child's game. A sign up link will be provided.
The Clinton-Massie Pee Wee Football Program is NOT in any way affiliated with the Clinton-Massie School District. Please direct any and all questions or concerns to one of the CMPWF Board Members. More specifically, it will help with communication, identifies your game dates, times, and locations. All player/team data is 100% private and password-protected – nobody can access your team info without specific permission from you or team manager(Coaches). Clinton Massie Pee Wee utilizes the following platforms for communication sharing: Team Snap One, Facebook( Private page), as well as Individual team communication apps.
Organization wide information and updates will always be shared on the Facebook page, as well as to all head coaching staff. Coaching staff may choose to use their own team communication app and will provide you with that necessary information.
